Welcome to Week #15 – FREE GIVEAWAY for the ❤️-19 Challenge to support local businesses! This week’s giveaway was a $25 gift card to Crumbuns Bakeshop in Hamilton.
Crumbuns Bakeshop is a labour of love in tribute to the baker and store owner’s grandmother. They offers a creative assortment homemade confections, baked goods, and a signature blend of premium coffee. A small variety of gifts suitable for visitors to the nearby hospital adorn the walls of the café.

About Janice:
Janice worked in the not for profit sector in a variety of senior level positions. She spent most of her career in counselling roles, helping people with a variety of employment related issues. She trained using the Master Hypnotist Society (MHS) program at Hypnosis Training Canada, which has helped tens of thousands of people change their negative habits, lose their fears and phobias, and improve their lives. She continues to upgrade her skills by attending ongoing training sessions.
